A previous project involved knocking 90% of an existing bungalow down and building a two story chalet with dormers. From a modest two bedroom dwelling we created a large, spacious four bedroom, three bathroom state-of-the-art home. We almost doubled the value too. Added features included ultra echo building material coupled with 11 solar panels, fitted on the south facing roof.
